Summer in Maine is fantastic! Not only is the weather great, but…. Spinney Creek Oysters are BACK! This is as good as it gets!
These oysters grow right outside the door of our Eliot facility. The Howell family and their college friends hand harvest these special oysters by diving. These wild oysters have somewhat eclectic shapes and have a sweet, clean, salty flavor that fades into a refined cupric finish.
Get them while they last! Once the college students go back to school it will be harder to keep up with your orders. And, of course, once the Creek ices in for the winter, we’ll let them rest until spring..
